Ways The Church Serves Nursing Home Residents

Living Waters Spiritual Enrichment Ministry seeks to bring awareness and connect the Church to the residents residing in your care facility. The people living in nursing homes often have the greatest physical, financial, and spiritual needs, but are overlooked by so many, even by followers of Christ.

Together, in Prayer and Sacrament we can make a difference for the residents who just do not have the ability or opportunity to leave their facility to attend Mass and hear God’s Good Word.

Fr. Michael Maurice, Pastor of the Sacred Heart Holy Catholic Church; brings the Church to the Residents who reside in Pinellas County FL. Nursing Homes & Assisted Living Facilities. We Gather and Share in Prayer, Mass of the Day, and in the Holy Eucharist and Sacraments. Sacred Heart Holy Catholic Church is devoted 100 % with a friendly smile and a kind word to bringing the light of Christ to your care facility and your residents today!

The Ministry Team

The Church ministry team consists of Fr. Michael and one or two other assisting clergy, working together to do God’s work. This is a unique and invaluable Church service offered through Sacred Heart Holy Catholic Church for local area nursing homes, assisted living or other care facilities residents.

Prayer is an incredible privilege God gives all of us; for he promises to hear and meet our requests for doing His work; therefore, we are committed to being a prayer partner, faithfully asking the Lord to meet the needs of the Residents, the Facility, and The Sacred Heart Spiritual Enrichment Mission. 

This Ministry is a True Blessing which is being offered to your Residents and your Facility at No Cost.  (Availability is limited to first come first served at this time). 

Donations 

Living Waters Spiritual Enrichment Ministry… Is a Non-Profit Ministry of Sacred Heart Holy Catholic Church Inc. Therefore, there is No Charge for doing God’s work. “Donations Are Welcomed” for they are blessings which will continue to support our Church Mission and its much-needed services for our aging community.

 What Living Waters Ministry Provides.

· Training to share the love and word of God in ways that help and bring comfort to residents in care homes grow closer to Jesus Christ.

· Provides books uniquely for nursing home / care residents, with large print and answers from God’s Word that give hope.

· Supports many specific efforts to let residents know “JESUS LOVES THEM” and that they have  value even when it seems like the world has forgotten them.
